just say hello. Don't rush, the train isn't leaving overnight.
Talk to her and listen to who she is.
Try that for a while and see if shes OK. If you still want her then go for it.
I like a man who knows what he wants and has brains. Most women like to think they get the guy all a tremble, so let her know in subtle ways. If you get some response then act on it.
