It should not be a problem. Just be sure the 450W power supply you get has strong +12V rail, preferably dual rails. Also make sure you have enough space for the video card on your micro ATX board. Many popular powerful cards cover the space of the adjacent PCI or x1 PCIe slot.

What size power supply do you currently have? What video card are you looking at? It's difficult to say without more information, but if the power supply is 350 watts or better you probably won't have a problem, though there's really no guarantee. If you wish to try the card without replacing your power supply, it should not damage anything to try. The worst that would happen is that the computer may not turn on until the video card is removed from the computer.

Even with a 450 watt power supply, you may still have trouble. Many power supply manufacturers lie about the specifications which can leave you up a creek. If you decide to buy a power supply, look for units made by Fortron, Sparkle, or FSP. FSP means Fortron Sparkle Power, and all three of these are made by the same people and pretty reliable. These may cost a bit more than some other brands, but are well worth it since cheap power supplies CAN damage your system. I've linked a 450 watt unit that would be suitable.
