i loved my best friend since 2 years..... she too loved me and didnt expressed and now when i proposed her she is not accepting and telling that she want to be a best friend always..... i cant live without her i need her whole life.... please me how to make her understand my feelings.....

just tell her what you told us, but be prepared for letdown. sounds as if she only wants friendship not love

Do sweet things for her, e.g. offer to walk her home, bake her a cake etc. Show her how sincere you are. After some time, maybe she'll accept you.
