I do that alot. Especially since my sister passed away. Because people expect that of me. That oh nothing gets him down he is always smiling. But when I get home alone I don't have to put a smile on since no one is there.

regrettably to declare that's a sort of self deception, even regardless of the indisputable fact that it in many cases has a purpose for people who practice it, so why be annoyed. that's not how different individuals act that concerns however the way you react to that, which will make the version. i'm an eternal optimist; this through how annoys many; and function little or no tolerance for whining. i think human beings decide directly to be in, or stay interior the moods they're in because of the fact at that factor it serves their purpose. As you think of so shall you act..... I tell my toddlers, anyone has the incredible to be blue, or in a undesirable temper, yet you won't take it out on anybody else, and whilst the time comes positioned on a grin, pull up your boot straps and get the interest accomplished. i think which you will have faith that even the no longer so sturdy cases on your existence are there to coach you a helpful lesson, and that it is not plenty what occurs to you, however the way you upward push above it. human beings will continually decide others for many countless issues, yet remember once you factor the finger at somebody there are 3 pointing lower back at you. basically positioned; effective + effective = extra effective. adverse + adverse = extra negativity. sellers selection.

I can relate to the line "I am fine but I'm not happy". Been pretending for months but I try to see the good things in my life to be more positive as days go by. But I think it is better to smile cos when you see someone with a frown it just doesn't make the day better. The world doesn't stop for one's grief. I'm sorry you're not celebrating a supposedly joyous occasion with the ones you love, I hope you'll be truly happy soon. =) <--- a real one!

The pattern with me is that I look things over and tell people what the silver lining is in any situation, but then I proceed to frown and be negative.

Everyone else in my family is either going to be out of town or working, besides me and one aunt. We're going out to eat for Thanksgiving. Thank goodness nobody will have to wash dishes and cooking stuff after Thanksgiving dinner. :-|

Sometimes. When I'm feeling down, I just give them a fake smile and think nothing is wrong.

Constantly. And it amazes me just how many, many human beings do the same thing, day after day.
