By using the word fixed you are implying that the matches are sporting events. Pro wrestling is acting, there are scripts, the actors follow the script, just like a TV show.

First; fixed is not descriptive, predetermined is!
Second; all means all, so no! If a predetermined winning Wrestler gets hurt and can get into the ring, he takes the pin instead of quiting!
Third; matches can be spontaneous, rare but happen!
Forth; every bit of airtime is used for predetermined goals!
Fifth; predetermined longstanding understood goals are utilized!
Sixth; First to use Signature finishing move, sometimes determines match!

yess excepth the montreal screwjob and the match with undertaker vs mankind in a hell in a cell. . it was fixed but under taker did his own stuf
