For a country to be racist wouldn't it have to have laws excluding any foreigners from moving there?
Otherwise you're only talking about the people being racist, and then your question would be "Which country has the greatest proportion of racists?" But that's not what you asked. Are there any countries in the world which refuse immigrants? Then they would be the most racist, wouldn't they?
By this understanding, the USA is not a racist country, regardless of how much racism exists among the populace.

Japan accepted just 16 refugees in 1999, while the United States took in 85,010 for resettlement, according to the UNHCR. New Zealand, which is smaller than Japan, accepted 1,140 refugees in 1999. I think the USA is the most racist country, because it has permeated through to normal people and every day life.
I'm glad that I live in Europe, and I am able to view racism from another perspective.
My verdict: America is a very racist country. Nobody hates like an American.

I think Turkey is a racist country. I went there last year and found that they only really liked "their own". The care taker stole from British people and the bar men ignored the Germans that were queueing to get drinks. I dont know if they're just ignorant or racist.

USA is the most racist country, and I live in USA. Its racist because about 60% people say a racial slur to someone they hate. examples of some states Ohio, New York, and New Jersey.

Britain, because at least the others accept they are being racist when they talk down to people.
I nearly strangled my aunt in the Indian restaurant on Saturday after she talked to the waiter like he was 3 years old.

if youre a westerner you give up a lot of rights when you set foot in that country. You can't even go to a christian church because they are not allowed there.

England are extremely intolerant. The noise they are making about being in the same boat as the rest of Europe is shameful. Especially when more affluent countries like the Republic of Ireland, Germany, and France are taking it on the chin. No community spirit.

To me Americans always seem to be racist, they are even racist against Canadians, not to mention Mexicans, in Uk we are racist against our neighbours.
