she is a kind of peace lily i believe, notoriously hard to keep! i know someone is going to say otherwise but i have had these plants for years and i find them very difficult. beautiful though. the flowers look like the leaves but are a lovely red colour. if the soil is moist, don't water her anymore. where are you keeping her? if she is in a window she might need moving away from the direct light. try to put her somewhere nice and warm, mine loved it in the bathroom as the steam from shower kept it fresh. good luck, and i'll try to find the proper name for you x
edit: its a flamingo lily x

Its a Flamingo Flower.

I agree with most other answers, its most likely pot bound. Try repotting it into a larger pot (not too much bigger than it's in now). See attached link for the name etc.

it looks like a cheese plant. they dont like any water at all. just stop watering it, put it in a bigger pot. i have a HUGE one, never watered it in the 6 years that i have had it and it's thriveing. and it's in a HUGE pot, looks like it's in a wheelie bin. lol

now that i seen the flowers, it's definatly a lilly, http://www.lilynook.mb.ca/Lily%20Planting%20&%20Care.htm
