AS USUAL VERY WISELY SAID FRED, MASHALLAH

2007-11-20 17:01:19 · update #1

do not mind me saying but she sounds like a typical sasoo ma or MIL of an asian family.

All i can say is be patient and keep her busy in Quran pak, get audio tapes and all. and if u r good person then INSHALLAH things will turn around for you and she will be forced to say good things about you, and people are not stupid they can judge a person without anyonez help. anywayz keep respecting her and m not a xpert in these matters, so any married lady out there who can give advice, SAM HALLA WHERE ARE YOU, U CAN ADVICE THIS LADY BETTER I SUPPOSE!!!!!!!!!!

Sort of. I see the attitudes and lifestyles of a certain age bracket. I say to myself that it is just an anomaly but the more I observe the more convinced it isn't. I'm generalizing for I have seen a few that excel in kindness, intelligence and logic and this gives me hope. The future leaders of the world will be from the generation I'm talking about and I pity the world. There just doesn't seem enough caring, warmth and compassion either being taught or being learned. This is my concern as I read your question.

Salam.

I was in a car accident yesterday and I feel like I should probably get my whiplash treated, but I don't feel like finding a physio. Also, I have to schedule a meeting with my supervisor. My thesis deadline is looming, but I feel embarrassed that I haven't done enough reading since my last meeting. I also wonder why my paycheque is taking so long to cash, because I deposited it more than a week ago.

Thanks, that felt good.

Yes. My Mother-in-law. I don't like to talk about it because it's haram to talk about people, but you don't know her so I guess it's okay. I really want to ask a sheikh when should a person care what other people think and say about one. My MIL is always talking good and bad about me. Before I was married people hardly knew my business and now everyone that talks to her knows more than I want them to know about me. What I cook, how I clean, once feeding my daugher Ice cream for breakfast, not cleaning the way she cleans, not washing the dishes fast enough, spoiling my child and now MIL says my DD is going to be worse than her kids, InshaAllah that won't happen. I try to excuse my MIL because she's always stressed out and depressed. But shouldn't I care when she talks about me to other people. Yesterday I was by her and she was talking about me infront of my face to other people. Now that's a little bit better than taking behide my back because I started to defend myself. But then I left the room and she spoke somemore. I came back everyone looks at me and they try to change the subject, kinda. I don't know. I try not to think about it. It just gets me depressed. If you knew my mother-in-law I would sound like the enemy and she's the good one. She knows how to get people to feel sorry for her. She wants people to feel her pains and sypathize with her. So sometimes she shows the faults in others. But overall, she's a good woman when she keeps my name out her mouth. I always have to watch out what I say to her. She the type that never forgets. She can write a book about everything I said and did to her. May Allah forgive us all, Ameen. What do you think? You're the one that asked ;-)

confident as a remember of certainty. i grow to be strolling down this long hill and a few stupid boy on a bike swooped previous me, very almost knocking me over. Goodness what's incorrect with some human beings. that's like they have blinders on and are oblivious to every physique or something; aside from themselves. i grow to be ticked.

I have a 5-7 page paper due in less than 14 hours, and I've only written 3 pages. I am getting tired and sleepy too.

But still she wouldnt tell her only child. i was mad because she didnt tell me when she had it so i could help her. Why dont you think she told me? and then later I felt bad because i was mad at her and now im sad.
