can anyone tell me what employment rights do consultants have when working in Romania?

You should know that in Romania the minimum payout salary given by the state is 140 Euros ! And.. the average payout salary is about 250-350 Euros... (i know this because i live in Romania).. so.. this being said i don't understand exactly how those rights are respected since Romania is in UE..

All the rights accorded to Romanians are available to aliens.
