These words carry different meanings according to their uses.
MIGHT....You use might to indicate that something will possibly happen or be true, in future. You also use might to indicate that there is a possibility that something is true but you cannot be certain. You use might in statements where you are accepting the truth of a situation but contrasting it with something that is more important.
MAYBE... you use maybe to express uncertainty. You also use it when you are making a suggestion or giving advice. Maybe is also used to introduce polite requests. You can also say maybe as a response to a question when you do not want to agree or disagree. It is also used when you are making a rough guess at a number, quality or value.
I hope you will make out the difference.

I wonder if you are thinking of "may be" for example; "You may be president of the company one day if you work hard." If there is a space in the middle, i.e. 'may be', it is very similar to 'might be' .. "You might be president of the company one day if you work hard."
'Might ' and 'might' express the future conditional .. "He might / may buy a new car, if he wins the lottery." Something that's untrue now but that is possible in the future can be expressed using 'might' or 'may'.
"Maybe" is an adverb meaning perhaps, possibly. It has no space in the middle. "Maybe I'll meet some friends after work, if I'm not tired."

If you say I might do this or if you say Maybe I will do this I don't see any difference at all in meaning.

Actually, you have it backwards. Salvation is an outcome of being born again. Furthermore, being born again is the beginning of the process of sanctification. Catholics attach salvation to sanctification; most Protestants attach salvation to the initial event. We Lutherans have a bit more complex view in which the Sacraments and preaching of the Word reinforce each other throughout the believer's lifetime for salvation. OT believers were born again through baptism of desire, just as the thief on the cross was.

Mostly, they are interchangeable. But your choice of word can change the emphasis of the sentence a bit. For example, you could equally say "Yahoo might be able to fix this" or "Maybe Yahoo can fix this". Both sentences suggest a possible outcome. But the one involving 'might' is normally used if the outcome is very unlikely ('Yahoo might be able to fix this, but probably not'), whereas the one involving 'maybe' is about 50/50 ('Maybe Yahoo can fix this. Let's wait and see'). Imagine you have invited someone for lunch, and they're not sure if they can come. If they say 'maybe', it sounds like they're keen but not sure if they can. If they say 'I might', it sounds like they probably can't, or they don't want to. The difference is subtle, but it's still there.
The other difference is in the placement in the sentence. 'Maybe' has to be the first word in the sentence ('maybe I will come'), whereas 'might' fits between the subject and the verb ('I might come').

Maybe is an adverb.
1)it expresses uncertainty.e.g "Can i have a new bike?""Maybe".
2)it is used to give a response that is neither yes or no.e.g"So do you want to come with me"?"Well, maybe"
Might is a modal verb used in indicating the possibility that something is true or will happen in the future.e.g"She said Kim might be leaving tomorrow".

May = it means sort of like.. "can"
Might = it means sort of like "maybe" or "probably".
Examples:

It might rain today = There's a chance it will rain today.

They both pretty much mean the same things. Might means "I may" and maybe means "perhaps".
To me they are in most cases interchangeable.
