Streotypical some one who is uneducated and unaware of the ways of the world.
Could also be called a hill billie (more pejorative in most cases) or a red neck (may be more or less pejorative or not depending on where you live. Some people are very proud to be red necks) depending on what country or what part of the U.S. you are from.
