Go around the White House and make sure all the lights are turned off, unplug the iron, take the giant foam cowboy hat and airhorn out of the Oval Office, and leave a forwarding address so the next President isn't accidentally getting the February 2009 issue of "Pro Wrestling Illustrated" in the mail.

either a back flip off the podium in front of congress or base jumping off the George washington Monument. The guy is a clown and should go out like a clown! And resigning would be a bad idea, the world should not see the leader of the free world give up especially in this time of easy finger pointing... every president is right and wrong.

Every President has the power to pardon criminals at the end of his term. They all do it. Clinton's pardoning of Mark Rich caused a storm. Let's see who Bush pardons.

He will have already decared marshall law before his term is up and we will have our FIRST DICTATOR! His last act SHOULD be to pull his head out. Or at least try so we could all hear the popping sound. No such luck.
