this woman has a girl .her girl is.12. years old and this.19. year old grabbed the girl by her . ***. and her mother saw it and told the girl not to say nothin or she would get took by the welfare . the mother was going with this.19. year old her self by law is there a limitation by law to report it by her. or anyone who knew what he did the mother is in her.40.s as well

what i meant where this.19. year old grabbed this.12. year old by her.***. and the mother scared her in not saying nothing on what and where he geabbed her by law can anyone bring this up to the law on him and is there any limit where her mom was only covering up for her self scaring her own child to death .

seem.s like the childs so called mom onl thinks of her self i read there a taped recording well that.s legal enought to open a felony charge of abuse on both the mother as well this 19. year old by law and that.s hard to beat a recorder with your voice on it have this tape given to local law . and they know how and who to get by law that. legal . ??/

If you were a witness you can report it to child services and/or the police. If you just heard the story, then maybe child services would investigate, but likely nothing would come of it unless the child was willing to repeat what she told to you to them and face the consequences of going to stay at child services and testifying against the man. And unless there were witnesses willing to testify, the man might not even be arrested let alone the case going to trial. There's no way to force the mother to testify, since apparently she already has chosen the man over her own daughter. I'd say the girl is in serious danger from the man, especially without mama's protection, and if he gets away with this he will think he can get away with more in the future.

there is not a statue of limitations on child abuse or neglect,however the child should be willing to tell authorities what happened and how often,you can report it but without the child's words or the mother's what proof do you have?

If a crime was witnessed by the mother, then she must report it or she is an accessory to that crime.
