Can you please show me step my step on how to divide these.

P stands for the power (exponets)

#1. x(4th P) - x(3rd P)y + 2x (2nd P)y (2nd P)- xy (3rd P)
+ y(4th P) divided by x (2nd P) + y(2nd P)

#2. 8m(3rd P)+ 8m(2nd P)n+ 4mn (2nd P) + n (3rd P)
divided by 2m +n

#3. a(4th P) + a (3rd P) + 4a (2nd P)+ 0a
divided by 2a +a(2nd P) +4

(x^4 - X^3y + 2x^2y^2 -xy^3 +y^4)/( x^2 + y^2)

numerator only:
(x^4 - X^3y + 2x^2y^2 -xy^3 +y^4) rearranging we have

x^4 +x^2y^2+ y^4+ x^2y^2 - X^3y -xy^3
= x^2( x^2 + y^2) + y^2( x^2 + y^2) - xy( x^2 + y^2)
= ( x^2 + y^2)( x^2 + y^2- xy)

so ur question is
( x^2 + y^2)( x^2 + y^2- xy)/ ( x^2 + y^2)

= ( x^2 + y^2- xy) ANSWER

all others are similar
just factorize and cancel to get the answers

Difficult to describe this problem i the word format.

Try to find the triangle of numbers made by Gauss.
There you find the different formula x+1 in any potential.

0 1
1 1 1
2 1 2 1
3 1 3 3 1
4 1 4 6 4 1
and so on........................
Add something and after that subtract it, and look what you get. The autoformation of text kills the triangle. you must make it with equal angles.

In the olden days, when people knew how to add up, the answer would have been long division. But of course nobody knows how to do that in vanilla flavour arithmetic now, let alone algebra.
