There probably is, but the problem is, they will never meet.

Yes, I believe that everyone
has a "soul-mate",
although many of us
are foolish and either
refuse to accept this
or possibly do not recognize
the potential in that mate.
I know because
I almost wrote mine off back
in the 60s, because we followed
two different paths at the time.
But in the late 70s, our paths
crossed again and this time,
I listened to that little voice.
I don't feel that it gives
the hopeless hope.
Who is to say,
what person is "hopeless"?
Only a pessimist would make
such a statement, but then their
"soul-mate" may have tried many
times before and may have given up.
But then again...
Perhaps they are still seeking the pessimist.

I really think there has to be given the law of averages. There are so many people on the planet that it's hard to conceive the idea there is not a match for everyone. Sure, you might not want to see every couple in person...but yep. They're out there. Hopelessness is subjective, by the way. Don't put yourself above it.

Heck no.
The whole idea of soulmates is a bunch of b**lsh*t.
I mean, in theory, you're soulmate could live in the wilds of Siberia or something.
It's just a cute little idea perpetuated by the online dating moguls.
Yeah, it might be sad, but there are some people who are going to be alone or single their whole lives. Giving hope to the hopeless is rather unkind - better to lay out the truth now than having millions of people spend their lives waiting for someone who will never come.
(and yes, I consider myself to be one of these people who will be alone)

Of course there is. If not in this life, then the next. Maybe you weren't meant to meet in this life because it would be a disaster and for some reason thats a good thing and it would all be made up later on. GET IT?

Of course there is.
Adam and Eve were the first to prove that we are not meant to be alone.
I believe everyone has their own fairytale waiting for them.
Some people have to look hard and some people have it fall into their laps.
But there is someone for everyone.

i say yes.
when God created the world, he made Adam.
Adam was a hard worker and did things himself.
but then God made Eve, who aided Adam with his work..
so basically, there SHOULD be truly someone for everyone.
sorry if that sounded too religious.
but there really should..because for the hopeless, they just give up..and i believe nobody should give up, because living life alone is tough and cruel.
LOVE should be for EVERYONE.

I don't either
It's a bad false hope because it makes a person thinks that he/she has someone fated to them already and they just wait... and wait a life long wait.
There's no fairy tale in real life. Some people do ends up alone.

No...not as in fate or anything...but there are so many different people out there, you'd think that for one big loser, there's another, just as very attractive and charismatic people tend to come in pairs as well. Finding them is the hard part.
