I started my last period around the 28th of october to the 3rd of november...maybe a couple days later. My periods have always been messed up...i usually have them every two weeks for about a week. Me and my boyfriend had sex and he came inside me. We used a condom but a couple minutes afterwards he got up to go to the bathroom and i got up and got dressed...when he came back he looked for the condom on the bed, thats when we notcied where it was. IN ME! I got it out without a problem but i had layed in the bed for a couple minutes before and thought i was discharging myself but afterwards realized it was his dripping out from the condom in me. I didnt think anything of it then...because i though it was mine but it was a mildly large puddle i was laying in. Im not on birth control. Do i have a chance of being pregnant even though the condom came out with no problems?

All you can do is wait it out. If your period does not come then test.

yes you could be pregnant. the chances are fairly low as most condoms have spermicide on them which kills the little swimmers on contact. but this is no guarantee.
the only thing you didn't go into detail in your extremely graphic question, was when this happened? if it was less than 72 hours ago get to the chemist and buy the morning after pill/ emergency contraception. if it was longer than 72 hours then you will just have to hold out for a few weeks and see if your period comes and take it from there.

PS. we really didn't need all the intimate details, the original question would have done fine. after all most of us have been in a similar situation at some time or another.

good luck

There's always a "chance" because a condom is not 100% effective from becoming pregnant or contracting STDs...but i think you should be ok since he came within the condom, even though it got stuck inside you...

If you still feel unsure about it...take a pregnancy test. Usually taking one a couple days after having sex should give you an accurate result...and if you're still worried, then go to the doctors.

You get cool points for using protection ;-)

Do not worry. The chances are not high but least possible though can be problematic. Get yourself a morning after pill immediately within 72 hours.

It's a possibility, and if this happened within the past 48 hours, you could still take a morning after pill and you'd be alright. Just take the pregnancy test first ....

No method of contraception is 100% reliable. Having said this, there is an increased risk of you being pregnant and I would go to your chemist or GP for "the morning after" pill.
