To an extent:
-glad I don't live with my dad, glad I have no siblings, glad I have a beautiful comfy room, glad I have three cats, glad I have nice appliances that run.
-not glad I live in apartment with most people I know owning a house, not glad I have a cat who doesn't always use the litterbox, not glad my apartment isn't strategically placed infront of a dumpster, not glad my room doesn't have a TV or computer, not glad that it's messy.

Yes and No. The reason why I say this is there is an upside to the situation and also a downside! I am currently living with my parents which is a bit difficult for me being that I lived on my own while at school I stayed in an apartment on my campus. Now I have to pretty much follow their rules which is rough. I made my own rules while in college. Since I graduated, I am trying to find a job that pays well so I can save up money for my own place and I also intend to go back to school.

Not at all. The door to my apartment has a inch high space under it so everyone who walks by in the hallway can hear everything that goes on in the place, and my neighbor smokes constantly so his nasty cigarette smoke drifts in through the crack.
And the water takes way too long to get hot and when it finally does, for some reason it goes from kinda-sort-of-hot to scalding-burn-my-testicles-hot, and I have to jump out of the shower for a minute. Also the windows don't quite shut all the way, so I get to hear drunk homeless people dig in the dumpster all night. Wooo hooo! (And the A/C didn't work this summer.)
