my brother just got put into the same jail as my babys dad
my brother HATES my babys dad
the babys dad was charged with stealing cars and breaking into houses & my bro was charged with assault and battery of a police officer and resisting arrest
they wont be put together will they?
it's all bad if they have contact
is there any way to request they stay separated?

Well if they became a problem, I'm sure they'd handle it and keep them separated. I don't know if you can actually make a request though. I guess if you have serious reason to believe they'd be a danger to each other...
Of course if it was up to me, I'd put them in a cell together and get some popcorn! =D

Wow, where do you live? I must make a note of not trying to move there. Stealing cars, breaking and entering. Assault on a police officer. You can request, but I doubt that your request will be taken seriously. To the police, you are all sleazeballs. You need to seriously look at your life, and then try to change yourself and your environment. Otherwise,and before you know it, your baby will be in the same jail as his daddy and his uncle!

Yes,one can go into solitary confinement by asking,but that is a very unpleasant place to be,worse that a cell.
