Well, it may be a case of galactorrhoea which is due to overproduction of the hormone prolactin- a hormone responsible for enlargement of breasts and milk production in females.It would be better if you consult an Endocrinologist or an Andrologist.

Umm.. its perfectly fine if you have 2 bumps on ur nipples then that means you got it from puberty you will need to surgically remove them no problem if you keep them but personally i think its gross. When you we're a teen you get these during puberty but for some it doesnt go away its just hormones.

Did you find:
Any lumps? Tenderness? Unequal size?

it is very uncommon to see that. but, it might a discharge coze of infection or something like that... however, since it is unusual and might be linked to another serious , i suggest you see a Doctor a.s.a.p.
