You're mainly talking about Vocal Trance not techno, techno are just beats and electronical sounds. You can find alot of goods vocal trance songs by Dj hixxy or my favorite Dj Mystic. You can also listen to trance on here www.di.fm click on vocal trance that usually have great sounds on there so check it out.

dj sammy is not techno his tunes are trance and looking at other peoples answers paul oakenfold is not techno in fact all of the answers people have given you are trance and house.

Easiest places to look for good vocal trance are
www.djdoboy.com - Look at the vocal mixes, eurodance, and klassic mixes
www.difm.com - Streaming radio techno. The vocal channel and eurodance channels have great music.
Most of the songs played by the above are upbeat vocal trance mixes. In fact djdoboy has 'heaven' in one of his vocal mixes.

I have a bunch of trance songs like that, but i am unsure if they are labled correctly..
Try Listening to anything recorded by DJ Babyboi...
It is awesome, i'm sure you'll love it...my favorite song
