Is condom and withdrawal method combined effective enough to prevent pregnancy?

They say that condoms alone can still make a woman preggy and withdrawal method is also non-reliable because before a man can ejaculate, there is some sort of clear liquid ( probably a natural lubricant ) that may be released inside the vagina that also contains sperms. Now if we combined these two methods at a time (a man will use condom and before he reach orgasm, he will pull out his organ out of the woman's body ), will
there be 1000% chance of the woman not getting preggy?

After the use of THOUSANDS of condoms I have NEVER had one break, leak, slip off, etc. Condoms work if you use them properly.

Follow the instructions and you won't have to worry about pulling out.

There's not a 100% chance that you can't be. But there's a very small chance you could get pregnant with a condom and pulling out. I would make sure after that the guy checks the condom to make sure it didn't break or had no leaks if not then you're ok.

Look honestly we have only ever used condoms as birth control. In 7 years we never had an accident or slip up. When we wanted to have a baby, my man just stopped using them.
If used properly and not abused a condom should be fine.

Sure, why not. However, my husband and I have only used condoms for the last 5 years and we have never had a mistake, problem, leak, etc. If you use a condom properly, from the beginning, it works!

Nothing is 100%, but you are taking the proper precautions to prevent pregnancy as well as you can.

Condom's break and can slipoff when you pull out, etc. and the ONLY 1000% effective method of birth control is abstinence.
