yes when i refused to back to my quarters and the military police tackled and peppered sprayed me. dragged me to the police car and off to the mp station.

yes, when I was in a criminal psychiatric hospital I refused to take my meds and 6guys (I'm female) dragged me to a "safe"room (padded cell), and stripped me completely and left me there. It was a horrifying and humiliating experience and totally inhumane
