I love cheesecake and I love pancakes too but cheesecake pancakes sound a little gross. If I go I'm totally going to try to convince someone else to order them and I'll try thiers! I'll tell you why you were afraid though. Because your smart enough to know it sucks to pay for gross food and walk away hungry from a resteraunt that you like!

You were afraid to have your favorite dis yesterday at the IHOP.
So I suggest you prepare yourself as below:
----------------------------------
Cheesecake Pancakes
(This recipe yields 8 servings)
* 2 cups milk
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup butter - melted
* 1 cup cottage cheese
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Add the sugar and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine the two mixtures and stir in the melted butter followed by the cottage cheese.
To make each pancake, dollop 1/4 cup of batter onto a well-greased skillet set to medium high heat (about 375 degrees).
Cook until both sides are lightly brown - about 2 minutes per side.
Serve warm with your favorite topping. I suggest strawberry jam and whipped cream.
This is a pretty easy recipe that has become a family favorite around our house. I hope you like it.
Mr Breakfast would like to thank poboycable for this recipe.

It's totally okay to like things separately but not neccessarily together. I like peanuts... I like caramel corn... I don't like peanuts in my caramel corn.
Besides, the french toast is great.
