I'd want to go to the past. I would be able to see my mom again while she was alive and would tell my younger self that I should write down everything I could about her and things we did just so I could remember her.

If I went to the future it might be horrible and then I would only wish I could visit the past to change it.
If I went to the past, I could make changes to make the world better, but those changes would eventually, at some point in the future, yield to larger forces (social, political, psychological etc) and the world would only be saved for so long.
So I guess the best thing is to stay in the present and do the best we can, and try by our example to guide posterity.

That's a tough one since I'd rather do both. One one hand, I'd prefer to go back in time and witness the birth of our Lord, witness the sighing of the Constitution, and SO MANY other things. But on the other hand, there's more to our future than one can possibly know. Just by using our imaginations, we can only guess at this time what our future holds for us as a society, as a nation, or as the human race. So my answer on your question?? It in the eye of the beholder. And I'm a dreamer, so I'd rather go forward in time since I am more focused on the future. Best of luck to you!

I'd like to go to the future for a day and see what happened. Then go back to present and live life. Im a curious person.

the future. because i dont regret 95% of the things i did in my past. if i could see the future, and then come back to the present, then maybe i could make changes in the present to have a better life.

Definitely back, like the 50's. The future is going downhill...as my boyfriend has said.....he's glad he wasn't born any later. If earth wasn't blown up or something, I would be curious where we are in 200 or 1,000 or 10,000 or 100,000 years....if we exist or get wiped out by some epidemic or ??? I would just be curious what comes of the planet.
