Starving yourself is never the anser.
It doesn't help at all.
If you starve yourself, your stomach doesn't have much to feed on, and when it does, it conserves the food inside, so your tummy gets bigger actually.
Eating less is always the answer, and for a flat stomach, a daily 50 sit-ups will help.
When you're doing the sit-ups, try holding something around 10 Pounds in your hands, so you work the stomach more.

stop the bread, eat alot of fruit to help you digest. Dont stuff your self. Eat small porptions throughout the day. its pretty hard to explain the workouts trough writing. but you can do crunches obviously do sets of 20 and lift ur legs high up while ur doing them. next lay flat and lift ur legs and ur chest up at the same time so ur head should be close to ur knees also 3 sets of 20. 30 second break, Make sure you breath in and out. and

well if you want to look like keira knightly stop eating - that's not skinny that's anorexic...
cardio cardio cardio - there's no easy way to do it...
just get motivated
