through insinuation, saying things subtly, indirectly, choose their words, say things designed to upset you?

obviously you cant ' batter ' them or give them a punch, so what do you do, when your already coping with so much in your life?

my thoughts race, i have bad anxiety right now, im very vunerable, i have borderline personality disorder....im 30 years old.....ive never been employed.....never made friends or been in a relationship.....i live alone in a one bedroomed flat.

im physically aging, im bald, have 2 missing teeth, torn ankle ligaments....i have alot of worries.

so the last thing i need is somebody to come along into my life ' unwanted ' and to attempt to play mind games. designed to upset and destablize you.

if i had no principles or morals i could easily stoop down to their level and destroy them. but obviously that is not a done thing.

and i dont want to have 'anything ' to do with these people....so what is the correct way to handle them?

Tell them you are not interested in their "head games." Ignore them and avoid them. Simply tell them you don't want to associate with them and to leave you alone.

With all your problems, how are these people coming to you? I mean, really? It sounds like you're home alone.

It sounds like you desperately need help. A good therapist and good medication will do wonders. If what you're doing isn't working for you, find a different medication or a different therapist.

Also, I think it would help you to volunteer, perhaps at a nursing home or with the elderly. You would see that you're not the center of the world, that other people have problems, too.

The correct way to handle people who play mind games is to ignore them. If they can't get a reaction from you, they find someone to play with who's more fun.

With all do respect I would get help with your anxiety and other problems and get some anti-depresstions of what you need to get yourself in order. After you feel better, i dont think these unwanted people will affect you as they do now. Get some self help books they helped me alot and your life can change. Only you have the power to do this and only you can change you. Stop feeling sorry for yourself , you only have this moment in time what you do with is always your choice. Make the right one for you!

Well, first off think of them as a thief that teaches you the weakness in your security system.

Right? Anyone who successfully plays a head game on you is exploiting a weakness. Find the weakness & fix it.

You must stop viewing your self as a victim & start seeing yourself as a problem solver.

At first; ignore them. Many times people like that will stop their shananigans if they see it doesn't upset you as much as they thought it would. If they still continue to harass you; beat them at their own game. Find out what bugs them and when they start saying stuff about you retaliate! Verbally of course. Hope this helps!

The wise say that people can only affect you and put you down to the extent that you allow them to. Ignore them and be happy. If they see that you are not affected at all, they will be all the more frustrated and unhappy that they could not "touch" you.

I just get them out of my life... I don't have the time for head games... they can go play someplace else... I just gradually break off contact with them.
