Exactly as the question asks... If I had schizophrenia (split personalities) and I killed myself, is that considered a murder-suicide? and if I lived, would I get two counts of attempted suicide?? or one attempted suicide and one attempted murder?? and would they split me and my counter up in jail? I mean, who puts a guy in the same cell as the guy who tried to kill him you know what I mean??

It would be a multiple murder for all those people you had the potential of being.

It would be a suicide...as a schizophrenic only hears voices and thinks things...they do not have two personalities. And also, even people with multiple personalities...they can only have one possessing the body or mindspace at any given time. So even that would be a suicide. And if you died, there would be no charges (except for the casket and plot). If you did not succeed, you would be carted off to a maximum security mental hospital. Where you would not only room with your voices in your head, but also likely with someone else with voices in their head...making that room VERY crowded!

No. People who have schizophrenia do not have "split personalities". You're thinking of Dissociative Identity Disorder.
