The force that the ground exerts on you at impact is based off of your kinetic energy. The variables in the formula for kinetic energy are mass, velocity, and gravity. If you were scaled down but kept the same density, your mass would be much less, gravity would be constant and your velocity would be the same no matter what size you were. Therefore, the force of your impact would reduce with your mass so you would be fine.

If I am as small as an ant, am I still in human form?
If I were a human and fell from that height- I'd die from going SPLAT against ground. The speed at which you'd fall at wouldn't change, you're still falling from a height - only YOU are smaller. You probably would still break your bones too.
I mean, ask yourself this - if I were the size I am right now and fell from a 50 storey building - will I die from the fall (and speed) or from breaking bones? The answer is both.
