its not illegal to "use" a web site.

its only illegal to pry into a personal "locked" network, or view data of personal natures, this includes port sweeps. and to intercept packets over the net.

or to write malicious code, but that can be fought.

No. It's a perfectly legitimate site. There are white hat hackers and black hat hackers.

These are white hat.

Stay away from black hat. Those are the ones that flick everything up.
