For about a month I had this flesh-coloured bump on the shaft of my penis about the size of the top of a pen lid. I decided to leave it because I didn't believe it was anything serious for I have had no sexual relations of any kind.

Recently it has become 1/4 it's original size and now has a white tip, does this means it's healing? Or is this bad?

it is neither really neither good or bad it sounds like some kind a infection of the sabaceous gland. It could be an infected hair or a simple pimple if you have never had sex you need not worry. I would not adise popping it this hurts really bad and may cause more trying washing there area more often daily. These are very common and similar to the little white pimpels young people often get around their mouth

It sounds like you have a pimple that maybe started out kinda deep and has come to the surface of the skin ready to pop.

i dont think you have anything to worry about....my husband got something like this and freaked out and went to the doctor. They told him that it was just a pimple! I know...its weird to get one down there, but it does happen!
It was probably just deep within your skin and now it has popped above the surface!
I would worry about it, unless it does not go away.....then, you might want to go to the doctor because you dont want to chance it!

I have had a couple of them it's just a pimple. Pop it squeeze all junk out of it and you'll be just fine. It may hurt a bit to pop it though.
Good Luck

try and squeeze it to bust it, to get all the pus out of it, then it will heal up, could be a boil or just a festered up pimple
