This is a simple question, after a egg is impregnated, the first 2 weeks it don´t know which sex will the fetus be, then the sex hormones click in, and the female will grow breast, the male won´t, but the nipples stay, but, did you know that men nipples get hard also if caressed? Try it, you will see, and yes, they are sensitive.

It is one of the first traits coded when cells begin to take form.

All humans are inherantly female, the male anatomy comes into play much later in development, so we all have nipples.

In the womb, both genders begin as female. It's later in the developement of the fetus that hormones are introduced determining sex. Nipples are left over from that period. Also, they look nice.
