I love them. I want them to come back in. I'd also like curly moustaches, pointy goatees, and monacles to come back in.

If you mean on an every day bases, then no. That would be corny and just plain weird in today's sense of style. If you mean for something which is really formal then sure. If you have long hair then NO. But this is just my opinion and really do as you feel.

Very classy...but only with the right suit! A top hat is not your everyday type headwear......

They're very spiffy. They look cool when you tip them while passing acquaintances. And you can pull bunnies out of them.
