Yeah, no offense to your mom, but that name SUCKS.

Tell us the first name, so we can figure out what sounds good with it!

Choosing a name for your baby is something YOU should do and decide what you like, not anyone else. You say you have a first name and obviously there is a last name. Try different and various middle names and see how they sound with the other 2 names. You don't want some odd initials either...such as FAT, UGH.
But don't give her a name she will regret or that someone can give a nickname you don't like. I named my youngest Elizabeth and wanted to call her either Betsy or Beth; but my husband didn't like either of those. He liked Liz but I didn't like it. She goes by Liz now. I still call her Elizabeth!

Actually, it sounds quite literally "like a country." Indonesia ring a bell? In fact, "Indesan" looks very much like someone trying to spell "Indonesian" ... only doing a piss-poor job of it. The sort of spelling error one might expect on a 7-year-old's geography report.

So while I'm not certain "what kinda name" it is, I am positive it's the kind I'd avoid.

Hmm, I don't NOT like it- but I don't really like it either. Dunno on the origin, probably do some reaserch. At least it would be a middle name though- no one really cares about the middle name anyway. It only seems to be obsessed over BEFORE the baby is born!

Good thing that's the middle name. Therapy in the making.

Indonesian or Indian, maybe Arabic. I personally don't find it appealing, but as a middle name it might be fine, it's very unique.

Wow, that is a terrible name. Not that I am advocating this because it has always irked me, but you don't have to give her a middle name. Not everyone in the world has one. *ahem... me* In this case no middle name is better that Indesan.
