and my boyfriend is a pro at it.

is this gift interesting to you..?

its a ticketmaster giftcard. see i don't really know how much to put on it. he likes going to concerts and hockey games.

should i put enough on for just him? or for two people?
I was kind of thinking to put $300 on it, but some people are saying that's not enough, while others are saying that's too much.

Money's not really an issue for me

It's more just, I'd like to one up him (as horrible as that sounds..)
Were insanely competitive and I'd love to suprise him with something

I was thinking we could do dinner as well, something together, you know?

well its all about the presentation!!! for example u say he'll probably use it for hockey games.. get a small basket and place the gift card in it with some gloves, hat, some of his favorite candies or snacks and he'll be ready to go to any game! maybe even a disposable camera in so he can take some pics... happy holidays

wow i have some really good ideas on with i think that you should get him. You should get him a really nice digital camera with a new flat screen tv or something electronic most guys like all of the latest electronic stuff if he does then go to best buy or something are find a guy that work with you and ask him for the latest goods if he is into gaming maybe you should get him an xbox are a ps3 guitar hero because that will be a really nice gift but other wise a telescope if he is into them kind of things are sign him up for netfix so he can watch all the movies at any time he wants are maybe you can cut out a heart shaped piece of paper and glude it on.around the picture. And then write down all of the 25 reasons why you in love with him sooooooooooo much like instead of the 25 days of christams you can just tell him how much you love him are maybe you can give him a message makeing a photo album of your times together plan a trip. And plus you can also get him his favorite candy and something else kind of small. Tell him that you only got him the candy and the other present. But hang the picture up in his bedroom and when you go to sleep that night he will see it and be so surprised and good luck.

This will one up him....

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

Maybe you should put in $500 just in case. I tried to get some tickets and they cost like $450! I didn't want to go get tickets ever again.
