The phone # is located in Chilliwack, BC Canada. Does that help any? Unlisted number - Possibly a fax machine.

If the phone number is a landline you can just go to Google and type "phonebook: 604 792 3779" and it should bring up some basic information about the number such as the initials of the owner and the city it's in.

If you want more comprehensive information or if the number is unlisted or is a cell phone, you should perform a reverse lookup using such as a service as the one located at http://reversecellphonesearcher.com .

This service will give you such information as name, address, carrier details and line information for a small fee. The fee is 100% guaranteed for 56 days so you're bound to find the right information.

Hope this helped?

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

That # just called me a few minutes ago on my cell... sounded like an elderly lady asking for "Betty"? I told her she had the wrong number, and she said excuse me, and then I hung up. I tried to reverse search it and came up empty, then I tried the google search and found your question. Weird. Out of curiousity I tried calling that number back and got just a steady beep.

It's from Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada if that helps any. IDK where you're from. 604 is the BC area code. 792 is the exchange for Chilliwack. As for who the exact number is, IDK. I checked Google and anywho.com and they both came up blank.

The best avaiable service is surely Reverse Phone Lookup. You can check the website here: https://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538

The completly free reverse phone lookup sites generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge and they only want your email to send spam.
You should stay away from shady reverse phone lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like https://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538 that has been on the market for a lot of years.
If I remember well there are 2 options:
Basic: you get only one report.
Advanced: you get unlimited reports... I went with this option because I wanted to verify more numbers. You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone!
Anyway you can check on the website for further informations.
Hope it helps! :)

Most likely it is a bill collector or a telemarketer...I am not sure if you can trace it, but good luck!
