I think angry is the worst enemy of mankind.When someone cheats,lies,hurt us we will get angry but how to stay away from this situation and keep ourself cool.

as long as you breath - you have the vulnerability to be angry.
this is very humane.

The important thing is : not to act based on anger,
because ...
when you are angry then at that moment you are taken by your anger; when you let it control you then you would not be able to think clearly (or be sensible).

When in anger, don't make any decisions and don't act on it.
Sleep over it, and make the necessary decision the following day - when you've already calmed down.

There is an old but good saying " Don't get mad. Get even". One may want to live in a utopian world but events sometimes place one on the offensive at which time a decision has to be made. Anger doesn't enter into decision making very much any more except at the polls when we have the likes of Senator Dodd to consider. Also as one matures things over which we have no control become normal and that cools temper.

I don't get angry to often thank goodness! But I do get a little upset at times! Oh and to answer the second question I rule angry the majority of the time, but not as much as I wish to. But don't worry I am still working at it... and I am definitely am improving! :)
