Did it happen all at once all slowly over time?

about 3 weeks into my pregnancy it all came on at once

With all of my pregnancies it started very early (around 4-5 weeks) and not gradually at all. One day I was ok and then next day I was throwing up.
It didn't go away totally until the 5th month.
With this pregnancy Vitamin B6 and Unisom helped tremendously!

All pregnancies are different. Some have it at the early stage, some at the middle stage (me) and some is all the way from start till end. So best is to eat moderately, dun over-eat and drink more fluids.

Morning sickness, try all day sickness, it started with this one at 2 weeks and I'm waiting for the end...I'm 11 weeks now.

I had morning sickness right before I found out I was pregnant which was at 3 weeks. It ended at 11 weeks. I was also getting fatigue, still do!!

wow! like about 2 weeks after conception.. Thats how I sort of knew I was pregnant.. and it lasted the first 3 months.. I couldnt stand strong smells, like frying meats, well frying anything, cigarettes, strong perfume and oranges (lol, dont know why orange smells bothered me).. I would run to the bathroom to throw up whenever I smelled any of this..

I started throwing up at 2 months and it did not stop until the day i had my son at 35 weeks.
I threw up morning, noon, night and all in between.
It was horrible.

Within a couple weeks. 24/7 for three months.

Each pregnancy is different for each person. No two pregnancies are the same.
some happen instantly, some later on..and for others, never.
