Well k im not exactly sure what the make is but its a VAIO for sure. I really need to use this comma button... but the e thingie always pops up for when i press the comma button. such as€ like its not normal€ i swear! So if any one€ please anyone! help me out... please!

If it's VAIO it's Sony. Sounds to me like your keyboard has been configured for the wrong country. Is it new? When u first set up Windows asks you which country you are in, to configure that country's symbols. If you don't put UK for example if u are in Britain, you'll sometimes get weird symbols. Reinstalling Windows and choosing the right national keyboard during install would fix this but you would lose all your saved stuff on you laptop. Try Control Panel-Keyboard and see if it will let you change settings in there.

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your VAIO and follow ALL the installation instructions and “How To's” to the letter.

Then, look in the Index for British Pound.
