It is an epic poem, and there is no mention of a wife.

Short Answer: No

Long Answer:
The poem never specifically mentions a wife. The word may have been lost in translation, but I don't think any women are referenced in relation to Beowulf during the quest against Grendel - except of course Grendel's mother.

The funeral doesn't mention a wife, but does mention a gray-haired old woman who sings a lament for him, not great evidence, I know, but something to bear in mind. If he had been married, it would be likely that this is where we would have heard of her.

I suppose the main thing is that Beowulf had no sons, or at least none were mentioned, which is very odd for the time - even more so if he actually had some. Think about how many times that Hrothgar and all the other 'H's lineage is mentioned. If his wife never gave him children, it's likely she would have been left out of the poem. But that's getting well into the realm of speculation. More speculation is that he had one who died before the battle with the dragon. Again - none of this is provable, but not beyond the realms of historical possibility.

Long story short, no. Beowulf has no specifically mentioned wife in the poem and the only 'woman' he's linked to at all is Grendel's mother.

If he did, it's never mentioned. Some scholars think that the "old Geatish woman" who sings a dirge at his funeral is his widow, but there's absolutely no evidence to support the idea. Definitely no affairs mentioned.

No wife or any romance actually. It is possible that he could have had romance, a wife, and children in any missing fragments of the poem, but as far as we know, no.
