I like the gulf of Mexico, because i grew up on the gulf coast of Florida. My favorite beach is Fort De Soto state park, StPetersburg Florida.

I have lived all across the country from West Palm Beach, FL to Huntington Beach, CA - and while we have many lovely beaches - I say hands down, bar none - you are right, the best prettiest whitest beaches are in the Gulf Coast of Florida - in particular at my favorite vacation spot, Destin!

The beach on the Isle of Rhodes in Greece near the temple of Athena. The water felt like velvet and was the clearest blue.

Fav body of water is the lakes fermanagh, very peaceful and my fav beach is The Strand Portrush in northern Ireland. Weather permitting!
