If you have excess ice, the mixture will end up at 0 C.

Amount ice melted x latent heat of fusion of ice = heat gained by ice = heat lost by water = 240g x 4.184 J g-1 K-1 x 10.5 K

Ice remaining = original amount - amount melted

Provided your units are consistent (if you use the molar heat of fusion of ice, you need to multiply by 18.0 to get g ice melted) this will give you the right answer.
