Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. PERSISTENCE and DETERMINATION alone are omnipotent. The slogan "PRESS ON" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

Christmas break is right around the corner, so if you buckle down and lose some sleep you some weeks to sleep it off. Get yourself together. If other things are bothering you that are affecting your ability to concentrate and get your work done go online and take a depression quiz to see if your concerns are valid. your probably just stressed out b/c the semester is coming to a close and for some reason teachers think their class is the only one you are taking and make everything due w/in the same week. good luck! Ps. Get to class, if teachers think you're trying the are more apt to feel 'sorry' for you and not flunk you.

Remember why it is that you go to school. I know school sucks, but working at McDonalds the rest of your life sucks more. I had to flunk out of college to figure this out - went back, buckled down, got that special piece of paper and then was able to get much better jobs. It's not fair, but that's how it works.

You may have to plead your case with your teachers to get back on track, but I'm sure everyone around you wants you to succeed. Shoot, I don't know you from Adam and *I* want you to succeed.

By the way, I flunked out because I skipped too many classes and consequently missed a mid-term test - two frickin' semesters in a row! Stupid. Go to class even if you don't do the homework. (the homework helps too, but you already know that, I'm sure)

Anyway, good luck! Chin up! You really can dig out and get back on track.

Well my cousin took his time going through law school. As I heard it , he took 10 years to complete it. He would party a lot and when the going got tough, he took some time off. But in the end, he became very rich after he graduated and made lots of friends in and around the governors office, started his own firm, has his own plane…should I go on.
He was a lazy guy , but made it big, and you can too.
Have a nice day.
