how do you make movies with a high def and full screen?

ok this movie doesnt show clear at all and its not full screen so can someone please give me a free program to make it full screen and high def

You can't make a Hi-def picture out of "junk" (say a YouTube video).

If there is not enough resolution to begin with, no matter how much you scale it up, it is not going to look good.

To make true HD video you need an HD camera.

Like the above poster said you can't make it HD if the resolution to begin with is horrible, but you can make it full screen. I won't recommend it though because if the video is already not clear at a size that isnt full screen then it will only get worse once you make it fullscreen. You can downl VLC media player which plays most formats and make if full screen with that if you want to try.
