Give them all a gift that keeps on giving! It has so much more meaning for you, them and the recipient...
http://www.usefulgifts.org/
TEAR gifts are the best presents to give someone who seems to have enough and you're not sure what to get. They're really starting to grow in popularity...and I think they are perfect for gifts for colleagues.
I'm giving my parents a toilet for families in (I thought it sounded pretty funny!!) But for my friends and colleagues I've chosen tree seedlings, mosquito nets and school supplies. (Ranging from just AU $5-10 in price)
TEAR will send you the cards, so you can write a nice message too. Get in early, so they have time to post the cards to you.
You could throw in something with the card, like some small chocolates, christmas cookies/food, etc...
Be creative, daring and different... and remember the true meaning of Christmas.
Merry Christmas = )

A really pretty Christmas ornament is a good idea. Depending on the budget, you might consider a bottle of wine for each client (even if they don't drink, people always need wine for entertaining). You could do a calendar with photos that you put together and have made up.

How much do you want to spend? I have a cute idea. Take a salt shaker, and fill it with little Christmas Stuff- at craft stores they have mini candy canes, presents, glitter, tinsel, little things, and put the top on, and then tie this poem on the shaker using the twisty crinkle wrap" In the days when we should feel quite blessed, the holidays can make us feel quite stressed. So when you feel the "crabbies" comming near, sprinkle yourself with some "Christmas Cheer". Super Cute idea, people set them on their desks or whatever and get comments saying how cute they are and gives a good opening to get you referrals!! That, or a mini bottle of Baileys. Good Luck!!

you could always entertain them by cooking a christmas meal for them or even a drinks and nibbles party , if it is possible to have everyone round , that way you could also keep your costs down , if not then why not buy a few boxes of chocolates(not prewrapped ones}and place a few into small gift boxes , tied up with a pretty ribbon , and maybe a beautiful handmade gift tag , that way it is very personal . good luck and happy christmas .

Depending on your budget, you could do small gift baskets for each one. They could be individualized to each person or a similar one for each client. I could come up with some ideas if you would like. Let me know.

Food gifts are common for clients. You can start with http://www.harryanddavid.com but there are lots of other options. http://www.Amazon.com is a good place to find a bunch of food gift companies.
