if i need to change my attitude ,i don't want to react badly towards those who hurts me , during job or my personal life , iwant to use my mind more than my emotions , what to do?what should i remined my self to control my behaves?

Try reading a book by M Scott Peck titled: The Road less traveled.

The Road Less Traveled and Beyond.

I am reading the second one.

As for how you treat people. When you are being treated in a manner you fell you don't deserve, try to always respond in an even toned-non-emotional fashion. Don't raise your voice, look away, turn your back, break eye contact. Some people are reaction junkies. They do things to people to get them to react in different ways. The person(s) that react the best and/or most, feed the desire of the 'reaction junkie'. People who do not fulfil this desire, get less attention.

Read the books though, they are very good.

When you are around other people who you don't want to be around stop focusing on them and focus on yourself. Even the Bible says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, win the war within yourself with scriptures like love thy neighbor as thyself or do unto others as you would have them do unto you. And nobody not even the Bible says you have to buddies with your enemies but yu must learn to be in control around them. As a Christian I just remember its not about them its about me and my relationship with God, and that helps me to over come a bad situation with someone else. Of course sometimes I fail but I get back up and try again, as humans thats all we can do. Everytime we fail though we learn and that should help to overcome our problems, good luck and God Bless!!
