Yes. The current superpower. China, India and the EU have the potential within the next century.

So it depends on your definition. Usually the term refers to military power. The US spends more on military than every other nation in the world combined (but we still can't defeat Al Queda, WTF). Anyway, the old standard for military power still holds, but after things like Vietnam and Iraq, I think the world sees the military thing as less of a big deal (hopefully some american politcians will see this too and reduce the wasteful spending).
But since you posted this under economics, the US does still have the largest market in the world. Everyone wants to sell thier stuff here. That is pretty powerful. Will that change? Sure. India and Chine are going to be very big markets soon, if they can maintain stable governments (a rather big question mark though).
But if I may, I think a better measure is the UN human development index, and the US falls well behind a number of other countries in providing the best place to live. We have a lot of room for improvement here, but seem to be making slower progress than many others....

Yes the U.S. is by far the world's dominate power economically, politically, and militarily, so yeah I'd pretty much say we are the only superpower.
