Blaqk Audio is an electronic music endeavour, created by and consisting of Davey Havok and Jade Puget, both members of the band AFI. Blaqk Audio features Davey as lyricist and vocalist, with Jade writing and programing the music.[1] Blaqk Audio was recently signed to Interscope Records,[2] and their debut album, CexCells, was released on August 14, 2007. The band describes themselves as "Two boys in love with vibrators and penises".[

Yes Blaqk Audio is a band w/ Jade Puget and Davey Havok... (i think that answers your question)

It is techno/electronica side project and their first CD was Cex Cells.

But, they are still in AFI.

thats all correct, but obviously not the part about the vibrators and penises. that was just some added jealously. Blaqk Audio rocks. happy birthday to Davey!

The blaqk audio part is right but "Two boys in love with vibrators and penises" is really "Two boys in love with vibrators and Synthesizers."

Wikipedia is created my the public and is not regulated by any external entity. Which means anyone can go in there and say anything they want about anything, so no that is not true.

everything is true except the "Two boys in love with vibrators and penises" part. It should say, "Two boys in love with synthesizers and software."
