it's okay. it's called town square, where the mall is made to look like it's in a little town. it's an outside mall where cars can drive through and there's metered parking in front of some stores. it's mostly higher end stores, but they also have an old navy and h&m. the park is cute and when they open the movie theater, gym and whole foods, i'm sure it would be 5 times busy (it's already busy enough with only half the stores open. traffic really sucks on las vegas blvd so it takes forever to get out of there. i went there once and once is enough.

Town Square is very nice and the children's park is very nice. But I would not leave my kid unattended while I shopped.
