I just read about Earl Paulk. I am disgusted by the accusations against him. He used God to coerce women into having sex with him. One woman had a 14 year affair with him before she broke it off. One thing shocks me is that in today's age, you would think women would be more educated so they would not fall for this type of trap. I find ot hard to believe that somebody would think that having sex with a man would give them salvation. What is it about men in powerful postions that will make women fall for them even when in the back of their minds, they have a feeling that the guy is no good?

He's a con artist who knows what women to target. He seeks out those who are vulnerable and in need of attention. Most other women wouldn't even bother with him. That sure blows the myth that women go for bad boys because they don't. Just a few of them do. They crave the attention and the excitement. This is exactly how pedophiles operate also. They don't go after every child, just those who seem lonely and in need of attention. Most other children would be creeped out by these pedophiles just like most women would be creeped out by this man.

I am surprised that someone in this day and age would think that education has anything to do with animal magnetism.

Women sleep with charasmatic, engaging, slick men for the same reason that women have always slept with charasmatic, engaging slick men - sexual attraction and excitement.

For men who can talk thousands of people into giving him 10 percent of their salary - talking a few desperate women into bed is a cakewalk.

Edit: The "Professor" 'below belongs to the Katherine McKinnon school of inter-gender relationships - but she did fall for him - whatever silly rap he laid on her. Just because a man lays a silly rap on a woman does not mean that she has to fall for it - is your opinion of women so low that there is no room for independent judgment Professor?

People love to be told they can have their cake and eat it too. If one can be told they can behave like a total hedonist, AND earn their way into heaven at the same time, why wouldn't they go for it?

The guy is obviously a predator, feeding on the weak and stupid. If these women were part of his cult to begin with, that shows they weren't playing with a ful deck to begin with.

i think it may not be POWERFUL men, but CHARISMATIC men, very persuasive, very charming. Jim Jones and some other people have convinced masses of people to kill or to die for him/them.

so it isn't just women (or even uneducated women) who get caught up in these strange ideas.

BTW, i think it is disgusting to. But he wasn't the first, and he probably won't be the last charismatic user of women . And his lover probably won't be the last to fall for that line.
