i can tell u one right now the articles of confederation didn't provide well enough for the country. this was for two big reasons, one was that it didn't call for taxes, so it depended purely on the generosity of the states for the government to function, and two it required a unanimous decision for anything to be passed, this meant that it was extremely difficult to get anything implicated in the us
